We are extremely confident that you will love your PORTOTI Mosquito Trap, but on the odd occasion something goes wrong, you can simply return it for free within 30 days.

To organise a return or an exchange, please email us at hello@mozziecontrol.com.au with your order number and the reason you would like to return your PORTOTI so that we can process your request.

 

• We require that the original shipping box is kept in good condition and used to return the product.
• We ask for the PORTOTI be in "as new condition"; this means, free from stains, damage and scratches.
• Once your request has been processed and approved a prepaid shipping label will be emailed to you.
• Simply stick the new label over the original shipping label and drop it at a local post office.
• After being received and processed, we will issue a full refund or exchange on the order.
• We will not be able to accept your return for refund if you are out of our 30-day trial period, regardless of the condition of your PORTOTI.
