The PORTOTI uses 4W of energy, less than a standard light bulb. You can keep the device running 24/7.

Is the PORTOTI safe for kids and pets?

It is a low (12V) voltage device. However, avoid infant and children direct eye exposure to the UV light. Keep out of reach of children.

Do you offer any warranty?

We offer a 1 year warranty period. Please see the Warranty Policy.

Is the PORTOTI a sustainable solution to the mosquito problem?

Unlike other devices, the PORTOTI's lamp and fan are all fully replaceable. This means that if any part comes to the end of its life, you don't have to bin the whole unit. Simply reorder and replace the part and your PORTOTI will be up and running again.

How do I replace the lamp?
